Print is quoted per enquiry from physical properties — sheet size, ups per sheet, GSM, print sides, finishing — that change on every job. PrintKhata resolves those properties into a rate directly, so you do not create a new item master for every job you quote.
Does printing ERP software work for a small single-press shop?
Yes. The Starter plan covers a single-press digital or screen shop with two admin users, unlimited quotations and orders, GST invoicing, the party ledger and one shop-floor workstation. You can add departments and the partner portal later without migrating data.
