ERP management software

ERP management software without the two-year rollout.

Most ERP implementations fail on the shop floor, not in the boardroom. PrintKhata keeps the management layer honest by making the operator screen the easiest way to do the job.

In short

ERP management software connects sales, production, inventory and accounting so one record moves through the whole business instead of being re-keyed at each department. PrintKhata is a cloud ERP for print and packaging manufacturers: a quotation becomes a work order, the work order routes itself across machine departments, and dispatch closes it into a GST invoice on the party ledger. It runs in a browser with no on-premise server, and each role — owner, operator, dealer — gets a screen built for what they actually do.

What you get

The parts that do the work.

How PrintKhata handles this in practice, module by module.

One record, three states

A quotation, a work order and a tax invoice are the same record at different points in its life. Nothing is re-entered between sales, production and accounts, which is where most ERP data drift begins.

Role-based portals, not role-based permissions

An accountant, a press operator and a B2B dealer get three genuinely different interfaces reading one shared record — rather than one dense screen with buttons hidden per role.

Adoption designed for the floor

The shop-floor workstation uses large touch targets and bilingual English and Hindi labels. Most operators are productive within a single shift, which is what decides whether the management data is real.

Exception reporting that arrives in time

Machine breakdown, material shortage, operator absent or proof pending are reported in one tap and alert the admin dashboard immediately, so work is re-routed rather than discovered late at dispatch.

Capacity and machine load

Live load per machine stops the press being double-booked while the binder starves, and gives delivery commitments something factual to stand on.

Cloud, multi-tenant, multi-branch

No server to maintain. Factory plans run multiple branches under one tenant with custom routing rules, machine capabilities, API access and a dedicated onboarding manager.

Who it is for

Built for these businesses.

Owners and directors
One view of sales, production load, outstanding and material cost without chasing four people.
Production managers
Sequenced queues per department and live machine load instead of a whiteboard.
Multi-unit groups
Several branches under one tenant with their own routing rules and shared masters.
Job work manufacturers
Track work received, processed and returned against the party that sent it.

Questions

Answered plainly.

How long does ERP implementation take?

Because PrintKhata is cloud-hosted and pre-modelled for print and packaging, there is no infrastructure phase. Most shops import party and item masters and start quoting within days. Factory-plan customers get a dedicated onboarding manager who migrates data and reconciles opening balances before go-live.

Do we need to install a server?

No. PrintKhata runs in a browser and is hosted in India. Shop-floor workstations run on ordinary tablets, and there is nothing to maintain on-premise.

Is our data isolated from other companies on the platform?

Yes. The platform is multi-tenant with hard isolation per tenant. Your parties, items, jobs and ledgers are only ever visible inside your own tenant, and every printed document carries your branding rather than ours.
